Whirlpools

The inflatable Pure SPA whirlpools from INTEX are available in a round or octagonal shape. Both models have an integrated limescale protection system that helps to prevent limescale deposits and thus minimises cleaning. The service life of the whirlpool increases due to the reduction of limescale deposits. With the limescale protection system, limescale cannot deposit on the filter pump or the heater and thus prevents heat loss. pH preparations, disinfectants and hardness stabilisers, which provide additional protection against limescale, are recommended for water treatment of the round model.

The octagonal "All in one" combi model is based on a salt water system. The advantage of salt water whirlpools is that you hardly need any chemical cleaning agents for water treatment. The salt disinfects the bathing water and so you don't need chlorine or other disinfectants to inhibit the growth of bacteria, viruses and the like. Salt water is soft, does not irritate the eyes or skin, and with an ideal salt concentration of about 0.4 percent, it is not comparable to seawater, which has a salt content of 3.5 percent.

Cartridge filter systems are suitable for optimum filtration of the pool water of both whirlpool models.

The correct water temperature in the whirlpool

38 degrees is approximately the optimum water temperature for your whirlpool. Do not exceed 40 degrees. Please note that warm water can cause fatigue and dizziness. Do not immerse yourself completely in order to "keep a cool head".
