Active involvement in the product development process of our exciting product range
Independent office management and relieving the quality and product managers by handling technical and administrative tasks -
Information and communication interface to internal and external contacts

Creation, processing and maintenance of data and documentation relating to the product safety process: test reports, CE declarations of conformity, REACH declarations, dangerous goods articles, etc.

Medium and long-term independent project responsibility
-
Creation and maintenance of QM-relevant documents as well as maintenance of internal and external portals and systems
-
Coordination with suppliers and certified testing institutes
-
Processing and support of customer-specific requirements in the purchasing and listing process
-
Fulfilment of product safety requirements and standards research
What makes YOU stand out

Career starter (completed HAK, HTL or relevant apprenticeship)
Completed technical training, HTL or relevant apprenticeship -
Experience in product safety and quality management is an advantage

Extensive knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage

Good written and spoken English skills

Independent, careful, structured way of working
