Product information
Our high-quality quartz filter sand ensures crystal-clear and hygienic water in combination with sand filter systems. The sand meets the requirements of DIN EN 12904 and boasts an excellent filter fineness of 1,5 μm. Fire-dried and washed, it is ideal for use in pools and is also ideal for saltwater systems. Maintenance is extremely simple - regular backwashing is all it takes to maintain the excellent filter performance in the long term. Depending on the conditions of use, the expected service life is between one and two years before cleaning or replacement is required.
