• Only use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (switch off your 5 GHz network on the router during the initial connection)
• First deactivate the mobile data function (2G, 3G, 4G and LTE) on your mobile device and make sure that your mobile device is connected to your WLAN router (2.4 GHz)
• Make sure that you are within the signal range of your WLAN router (there should be no metal walls, grilles or interfering objects in this area)
• The wireless control panel should be on the charging station of the control unit during initial pairing
• Make sure that “Bluetooth” is activated on your cell phone
